Project 01 · Document Assembly
Document-heavy work can require the same trusted values to be located, checked, and placed repeatedly. Small copy errors can matter; missing context can matter more.
People often move known values between trusted source material and a working document while also checking names, roles, identifiers, formatting, and exceptions. A useful tool should reduce mechanical repetition without pretending that the document is understood, correct, or ready to use.
Synthetic workflow fragment
This fictional fragment contains no client, firm, court, or live legal information. It illustrates the review shape, not a usable legal document.
Two supplied values are placed. The legal body remains outside this demonstration and unchanged.
No division is guessed, copied from another matter, or silently filled. The draft stops here.
A qualified reviewer resolves the missing value or keeps it visibly absent before any reliance.
The proposed working shape
The prototype begins with a narrow court-caption and header use case. That is a testable adapter, not a claim of general legal-document automation.
Keep the trusted original unchanged and make the working copy, values, and exceptions traceable.
Begin with a defined document section and only the values approved for that draft.
Show missing, conflicting, or unusual values instead of silently filling or correcting them.
A qualified human reviews the source, draft, and flagged questions before anyone relies on the result.
What exists now
Narrow prospective integration
Prefer local file intake or a separately authorized read-only path limited to one selected matter and the smallest approved field set.
Define who checks the source and draft, what must stop the workflow, how outputs are removed, and what evidence a pilot may actually support.
For a prospective collaborator or vendor
A useful first conversation is about the repeated task, available synthetic test path, authentication and data boundary, review owner, and rollback—not a promise of integration.
