These terms are issued by William Frescas for this site. William Frescas operates this site under the project name Frescas Commons. Frescas Commons is not represented here as a separate legal entity. Site content may describe prototypes, research directions, and possible collaborations. Unless a page says otherwise, the material is general information and is not an offer, promise, warranty, or commitment to provide a product, service, partnership, or pilot.
Nothing on this site is legal advice or another form of professional advice. Viewing the site or contacting William does not create an attorney-client, consultant-client, fiduciary, confidential, employment, vendor, or partnership relationship. Do not act on site content as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who understands your situation.
Examples and demonstrations may use synthetic or fictional material. A described prototype is not necessarily connected, deployed, production-ready, adopted, or available for public use. Public pages do not authorize access to private systems, source material, accounts, credentials, evidence, or third-party services.
You may read, link to, and make ordinary personal or internal reference use of the public pages. Do not use the site to misrepresent affiliation or endorsement, interfere with availability or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, extract private or restricted material, or use the content in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
Unless a specific item carries a different license, the site's original writing, design, names, and visual assets are not offered under an open license. Fair use and other rights provided by law are not limited by these terms. Please ask before republishing substantial portions or presenting site material as your own.
The site is provided on an as-available basis. William aims to label prototypes and uncertainty honestly, but information may be incomplete, become outdated, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made that the site will always be available, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
Hosting, domain, email, or future linked services may have their own terms and privacy practices. A link, technical compatibility note, or reference to a vendor does not mean that vendor has approved, partnered with, endorsed, or integrated with Frescas Commons.
These terms may be updated when the site or its public capabilities change. The updated date will change with them.
