What this site asks from you
You can browse this site without creating an account or uploading a document. If you choose the primary contact option, you will leave Frescas Commons and open an Airtable form that asks for your name, message, reply email, and topic. The message is required; the other fields are optional.
Hosting and delivery
Frescas Commons is published through Cloudflare's hosting and network infrastructure. Cloudflare may process standard request information such as an IP address, browser or device details, requested pages, and timestamps to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
The site code does not include William-operated analytics, advertising trackers, behavioral profiling, or a marketing-cookie system. Hosting and network providers may keep operational request logs under their own practices. If nonessential analytics or tracking is added later, this notice and any required choice mechanism will be updated first.
Contact form and LinkedIn
The primary contact route is an external Airtable form, and LinkedIn is the fallback. Information sent through either service is also handled under that service's privacy practices. William does not operate a Frescas Commons marketing mailing list or a public Frescas Commons mailbox. Do not send confidential, privileged, or sensitive material.
Sensitive information
Do not send confidential, privileged, client, case, health, financial, or other sensitive information through a general first-contact channel. A future test involving non-public information would need its own written scope, access, consent, retention, review, and deletion terms.
Current prototype boundary
The Document Assembly work described here is currently private/local and synthetic-first. This public site does not connect to it, expose its internal evidence, or provide a live document-processing service.
Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
William does not sell personal data, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising through this site. Airtable and LinkedIn operate their own services and privacy practices.

For non-sensitive inquiries. Do not send private, client, health, financial, credential, or other sensitive information.
Submissions go to Airtable. Messages are reviewed periodically.
