Working Network · Challenge-first evidence practice

Find the weak claim before it travels.

Violet compares what was observed with what people hope or expect the evidence to mean.

Current focus

Reviewing the evidence behind Document Automation and the lessons preserved from Header Automation.

Why it exists

Violet

Violet looks for weak assumptions before they shape a recommendation. It keeps useful findings while making open questions easy to see.

What it works on

  • Write down the expected result before opening later evidence
  • Look for decisions that seem safe but depend on missing context
  • Separate what the system showed, what a person confirmed, and what remains unknown
  • Explain what changed and what still needs checking

What to expect

  • Reviews inform decisions; an authorized person still makes them
  • A matching file can confirm identity without confirming that its content is correct
  • Violet reviews and reports; it does not publish or deploy work
