Start small enough to understand what the automation is doing.
I help turn one repetitive Airtable workflow into a visible, testable automation. We map one workflow, test it with sanitized records, and make sure you can see what it is doing before a handoff.
Send a reminder when a status changes.
Move an approval to the next person.

Two ways to start
Choose the service shape that fits the work.
Standard package: a $2,500 minimum for one workflow and one automation in one existing Airtable base. Micro offer: a $750 minimum for workflow triage or one very small native Airtable automation, not the full starter package. These are separate services, not two prices for the same work.
Both start with a 30-minute, $75 workflow consultation. If you move forward, the full $75 is credited toward the selected service. If you do not proceed, the fee still applies and is disclosed before booking. The final scope and price are confirmed in writing after the consultation.
For the standard package, the delivery target is within seven business days after scope, access, and required answers are confirmed. This is a target, not a guarantee. Micro-offer timing is confirmed in its written scope.
Placement boundary
A working service line inside Frescas Commons.
Frescas Commons is William Frescas's public project home. Frescas Automations is its working service-line name, not a separate legal entity. These offers do not claim prior customer delivery, certification, legal or security review, or guaranteed performance.
Begin with one repetitive task
Tell me what you want Airtable to stop making you do by hand.
Use the existing Commons contact form to describe the task in general terms. Please do not include client records, credentials, financial information, or other sensitive details. A first conversation does not create a service agreement or authorize access to your Airtable base.
For non-sensitive inquiries. Do not send private, client, health, financial, credential, or other sensitive information.
